These Terms govern your use of PodcastDo (podcastdo.com, the PodcastDo apps and API), operated by Louerable, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or joining a recording you agree to them. If you use PodcastDo for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account. Keep your password and API tokens secret; you are responsible for activity on your account and on shows you own, including actions by collaborators you invite.
You keep all rights to the recordings, transcripts, artwork and other material you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, transcribe, analyze with AI, and distribute Your Content only as needed to run the service and as you direct — for example publishing your RSS feed, uploading to YouTube when you connect it, or sharing a review link.
You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content, including music, clips and the voices and likenesses of everyone you record.
Recording laws differ by place; some require every participant's consent. When you invite guests, you are responsible for telling them they are being recorded and obtaining any consent required. Guests see a recording notice before they join, and a recording indicator while recording is on.
Transcripts, edit suggestions, titles, show notes, translations, covers and clips are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not allow our AI providers to do so.
Do not use PodcastDo to publish illegal content, infringe others' rights, harass or impersonate people, distribute malware or spam, or interfere with the service (including scraping, probing or overloading it). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.
Copyright complaints: send a notice identifying the work and the material to hello@louerable.com. We respond to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
Free and paid plans include usage limits (recording hours, storage, transcription and renders) shown on your account page. When paid plans are offered, prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting a show removes its feed; directories such as Apple Podcasts or Spotify may keep showing cached episodes for a while. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
PodcastDo is provided "as is". We work hard to keep recordings safe, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; keep your own copies of important material. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).
We may update these Terms; for material changes we will notify account holders in advance by email or in the app. Questions: hello@louerable.com.
